11.4 helpslo is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of government, or natural disasters.
12.1 helpslo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:
12.2 Upon account closure for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.
12.3 You may request closure of your helpslo account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules.

15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.2 The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process described in Section 13.
